Who’s responsible for your data

Sophie Webb is the data controller of any personal information you share.

Some trusted partners act as data processors, handling data on Sophie’s behalf.

  • Locally: Messages sent direct to my email are stored securely on my password-protected laptop.

  • Three Age Moon Women’s Health Clinic: Patient notes and bookings are stored in their secure systems. They act as both data controller and data processor for clinic-based services.

  • Fuzzy Lime: Used by the clinic for managing appointments and patient notes.

  • Acuity: Used on my website for online bookings.

  • Email marketing tools: Mailchimp and MailerLite are used if you sign up for newsletters. You can unsubscribe anytime.

  • Payments: Handled directly via the clinic’s system or in person. I do not process or store your card/payment details.
